What We Do
CIMS is a migrant-led nonprofit that serves newly arrived Sub-Saharan African families, often overlooked by traditional systems. Since 2020, we have empowered hundreds of families through emergency relief, career guidance, workforce readiness, housing navigation, food access, and behavioral health services. Rooted in lived experience and community trust, our programs use empathy, shared language, and cultural fluency to guide migrants toward stability, dignity, and belonging. CIMS is a proud member of the Pennsylvania Immigration Coalition(PIC).
We Are a Strong TeamOur team is united by a shared passion for fostering integration and sustainable livelihoods for all. We collaborate seamlessly, leveraging our diverse skills and experiences to create innovative solutions. Through open communication, mutual respect, and a commitment to excellence, we foster a supportive and inspiring work environment. By working together, we amplify our impact and ensure that every individual we serve receives the highest quality support.
